Joanne Milne-Rowe

Joanne Milne-Rowe is the Sales Director at Codelocks, having first joined as a Business Development Manager in 2016, she is now responsible for overseeing the whole of Codelocks’ sales process.

With over 25 years of experience in the access control sector, Joanne has worked in almost every ironmongery role, starting as teenager cutting keys and pinning cylinders. Alongside Codelocks’, she has worked on significant access control projects, including Europe’s largest master key system in the London Underground.
