Ashley has played a crucial role in delivering training and support to all areas of the business, leveraging his extensive experience and knowledge in the field. His contributions have undoubtedly been a significant asset to the team, and his presence has considerably impacted the company’s overall growth and success.

In 2018, Dave decided to pursue a career in Auto Locksmithing. With focused dedication, he completed a 10-day course and spent every free moment between 2018 and 2020 practising his new trade and setting up his own business. His hard work and commitment to self-improvement paid off, and he successfully transitioned to a fulfilling career in a completely different field. In late 2021, Dave was approached to work alongside a key claims handling company that was exploring creating an in-house solution for auto locksmith work within the insurance and domestic space nationally. During his time with this company, Dave delivered training courses and trained 40+ auto locksmiths. Delivering 10-day zero to hero and 1–2-day masterclasses on several key programming processes.
