Paul Horton, owner of Locks in the City LTD. With a passion for locksmithing, Paul turned his hobby, into a successful business. Specialising in non-destructive entry of high security locks, both mortice and cylinders. This is beneficial to his daily work on warrant runs, and specialist openings for various organisations, and has allowed him to do some extremely interesting jobs.

Shane Hales is a full-time MLA Approved Company Locksmith and has always had a passion for locks for as long as he can remember.  He is fascinated with how locking mechanisms work and believes that to learn how to work with a lock you firstly need to reverse engineer it to fully understand its inner workings, so in short take it to bits! Offering private consultancy to manufacturers on new products & systems, problem solving is one of his main strengths.
