Paul Souber Joined Chubb in 1975 and was quickly engrossed with Locks. By 1979 he had become a Lock Rep and within 2 years he was working in Lagos, Nigeria. At the time he left in 1988 he worked in Chubb High Security Locks. By 1989 he had developed his first products and nowadays, he sells over 600 products to about 25 countries around the world.
