Event cancellation  

In the event that Event is unable to operate, in the sole determination of the Master Locksmiths Association, whether due to Acts of God, force majeure, pandemic, epidemic, terrorism, war, illness, public safety, strike, civil commotion, picketing, fire or state of emergency, or by reason of any other occurrence not under the control of the Master Locksmiths Association, or otherwise, of the Master Locksmiths Association may cancel, postpone or terminate Event. The Master Locksmiths Association accepts no liability for any indirect losses to attendees including but not limited to travel fees and hotel expenses.

Termination of your participation in the Event.  

If the event organiser considers that your behaviour at a physical or virtual Event is such that it is detrimental to the reputation of the Master Locksmiths Association and not in the best interests of the other attendees at an Event, then your participation in the Event may be terminated forthwith either by asking you to leave the physical Event or by excluding you from participation in a virtual Event.  Examples of behaviour which may lead to your exclusion from an Event include:

(a)       making racist or homophobic comments;
(b)       making exaggerated claims regarding your business in order to promote it

(c)       being aggressive or making demeaning comments about other participants at the Event.

(d)       for any other reason deemed, by us, to bring, or risk bringing, the Master Locksmiths Association into disrepute 

Training and Gala Dinner Cancellations

All fees for Training Courses, Gala Dinner Tickets and any other event related purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to change or cancel any courses.

We reserve the right to refuse you entry to the Gala Dinner and Training Courses if we deem appropriate.
